Sorry. Got excited for a second but then realized that Roberson and Gbinije are still on the team.
I think Nova can actually win. They probably won't, but they're a better fundamental team than the Orange. I'd be surprised if Monday night isn't somewhat entertaining and at least a decent game.
Well damn. This is sickening however there could be light at the end of the tunnel. Nova has been shooting at least 60% the whole tournament. Shot in the 70's tonight I believe. If they can continue that trend Monday night I'm hoping to see a bunch of sad UNC fans.
If Nova can keep the game close, I like their chances. They're gonna have to shoot at a very high percentage to do it though.
Oh well, no comeback miracle tonight. Hopefully Nova can take down the cheating Heels.

Well, at least UNC played the later game. Maybe Roy and the boys will dab the rest of the night and morning away and not get much sleep.
The UNCheats players are ok kids but I really dislike the UNCheats basketball program and especially the idiots over at THR. I am not sure I can stomach this but I guess it's poetic justice for them to cut the nets down this year because they will have a tough time in the next few years putting a good team on the floor.
PS: Sky in response to your post about all the Cheats fans coming out of the wood work and down from the hills did you know that Walmart sales have nearly doubled due to all the sissy blue Cheats basketball shirts being sold. They can wear dem der jerseys to church also.

Nova defeated 4 top 25 teams in route in the Championship game; meanwhile UNC took down Indiana... and that's it folks. Hopefully Nova's tougher tournament journey has them well prepared for Monday night. This should be UNC's toughest game of the tournament. Hoping it will at least be competitive, and I suspect it will be.
I doubt you can find a parking place even this late at night. OFC

Sky, don't let it get you so down. There still is a big game on Monday, and if Nova takes down the Heels it'll rip their fans guts out by getting so close and losing.

IF we had made it to the Championship game we would've played two 1 seeds. Have there been other times where a team ended up having to play two 1 seeds in the NCAAT?
Two things....clearly Nova has beaten better teams, and two of those wins in convincing fashion over Oklahoma and Miami, but I'm not sure they've looked better than Carolina. You only can play the teams out in front of you, and with the exception of Notre Dame's 12-0 spurt last Sunday to put them ahead by one with 12-13 minutes left, there has been no doubt in any of the Heels game. They've pretty much dominated and bulldozed the competition.
Monday night has the potential to be a good game, but if Nova allows UNC to control the offensive glass like Oklahoma did the first 26 minutes tonight then I expect another double-digit win for the bad guys....because the Wildcats aren't shooting 70% again.
I'm going to go into Monday with the presumption UNC is winning it all. If they don't though...

So has Nova with the exception of the KU game, which they still mostly led from start to finish and against better teams. I think again it will come down to foul trouble. If Ochefu picks up some ticky tack fouls early it will really hurt them. I get the feeling Nova's guards will be able to bully Paige and Berry with their strength.
'Nova's confidence should march that of UNC...After all beating KU and OU back to back no small task...I am glad someone told Meeks Cats won by 44...He said after game, "wow I thought they won by 12 or something."
Damn! He just picked up 2 quick ones at the shoot-around...today!
Sad thing is with all the cheating they only won 3 Titles. I'm not sure whether they suck at cheating or just had sucky players.
