Great news. This ensures we will play (beat by 34+) UK in the Champions Classic the following year with Banchero and company.
That is going to be fun as usual. MSU is a top 15ish team, though I was surprised to see Winston didn't have a 9th year of eligibility to push off some more. I would think Henry and Watts make a big leaps and become the dudes Izzo leans on.
The eight ESPN bubble events were cancelled due to covid-19 testing logistics. It's possible that the Duke vs. Michigan State game will be rescheduled at a different location
Indianapolis is looking like a possible destination for the champions classic And Jimmy V.
We do VERY well in Indy. Would love to have the Champions Classic there. Really want this to happen, it never gets old beating MSU. Not saying it's a bad thing, but if this whole thing gets cancelled and they roll it over to next year, we could play MSU again instead of UK. We will be loaded, and MSU could possibly have Emoni Bates a year early, that would be fun.
Next years champions classic should be awesome.

we should be in INDY too unless MSU gets the next Duke/MSU game at home
Definitely. The more opportunities the players have to play in larger arenas with those sight lines the better, even without crowds.
This is a good point, I didn't consider that. The schedule hasn't released yet because the ACC is still finalizing it (should be out next week per Twitter), but we will be playing every single non-conference game in Cameron.
Definitely would be nice getting use to the big empty arena's for the NCAA tournament, Bankers Life Fieldhouse would have been perfect. We seem to shoot well there too, considering we put up 118 on UK last time.
