i feel like whats the point of playing Goldwire for his defense if our team defense sucks. And lets not talk up Goldwire like he is some defense guru- Opposing guards break him down for two points at will and some steals here and there dont change that

Identity. This team doesn’t have one. It was mentioned above, but it’s true. That’s a tall order to overcome.
Jordan plays more than he should, but I kind of/sort of understand why. However, I’m nervous every time he attempts a layup and pretty much know a perimeter shot isn’t going in....any offense from him is a bonus.
This team is full of three- and four-year guys. I liken it a bit to the ‘83 team. Lots of talent, but lots of young, unproven talent that needs time to develop. My guess is some impressive wins are still to come, but probably a few frustrating losses too.
Other than Jalen, I don’t feel there should be much for decisions for anyone else....but we know how the game works today. I’d be shocked if multiple players didn’t leave early.

^ yeah Goldy's 8ppg 3 reb 4 ast and 3 stl are needed but at 32mpg....maybe 20mpg and give that 12 min to joey and a big......jalen returning should def eat into goldy's 32 minutes....def should be considered a def specialist and when he's in to focus on that...we'll see how it all pans out...#dukeallday
That’s true. He’s old now so he get a little pass. Losing in the elite 8 with Marvin then Zion is probably his worst hiccups on his resume
Having Jalen back will make the offense better. I believe that will make less minutes for Moore and if we can get something from him at some point we become a really good team
Isnt it up to K to define roles and manufacture an identity? three and four year players still win games IF they play like a team. look at UVA. lets be honest here...Goldy and Wendell would at the end of the bench at all the other blue bloods except for Duke. Cmon man, you are a senior and your still bricking layups and free throws like some YMCA chump
Maybe the assistant coaches should mutiny? But what if they’re complicit in this mess? Then the whole lot of them should be canned! Anyone up for storming and occupying CIS?
