I’m normally not one to question coach K but his coaching philosophy has been down right garbage lately. You have arguably the best scoring big man in the country and your surrounding him with goldwire,white, Moore and delaurier? I don’t understand the lack of letting the guys who can actually score play. Yes grant it Stanley is a scorer but why not surround him with O’Connell baker and Stanley to make defenses actually respect the shooting and free Vernon up inside instead of him always seeing doubles? There is no way goldwire should be playing as much as he is. Yes the guy is a great defender but whatever he does to help you defensively totally offsets itself offensively cause nobody is worried bout him scoring. Virginia was let off the hook big time by the decisions of coach K leaving the non offensive players in so much. It’s easy to stop tre and Vernon when there the only 2 you gotta worry about. Coach K better rethink his lineup or this team will see a first weekend exit in the tournament cause this playing these guys who can’t shoot 30 minutes and the guys that can less than 10 just ain’t cutting it
