Anyone who eats souse meat, chitterlings, anchovies, pigs feet, pigs ear, pigs tail, pig or cows balls, chicken feet, sardines. tripe, brains, chicken gizzards, chicken, pig or cow heart or anus, tongue, animal feet, reproductive organs from any animal has food taste different than mine. Anyone who cooks chitterlings or chitlins as many would spell it has a stinking house. All of the other stuff on the list I have eaten and many I consider staples such as collards and turnip greens and roots, I wish we were having spam and collards for supper tonight.
 
Vienna Sausages-I eat BBQ flavored for lunch at least a few times a week
Spam-I love some fried Spam sandwiches
Pork Rinds-I love Pork Rinfds, especially BBQ flavored

One thing not on the list that I remember we ate when growing up in western South Carolina was pig eye's when we had a pig picking. We would fight over who would get them!!!

Here is one that might be a little strange to some folks in here. When I lived in South by god Carolina, my granny used to make some incredible cornbread, the. We crumble it up in a bowl and pour milk over it. I still do it at least twice a month to this day. Absolutely love it

I still like a can of deviled ham with a little mayo, and saltines. Been looking for the Rose potted meat you used to enjoy...

I have eaten almost everything on this list. Grew up in the country in the late 40's and 50's to farm grandparents. Also add possum, coon, and every other type of game. I will take any of it over the ham and lima beans that I got stuck with many times from boxes of C-rations while in the army in the 60's.

Please tell me you guys know that "shit on rye" is just an expression and not a real choice or option. Please.
 
As a kid, I used to love going to see my grandmother in Cheraw, SC and eating fatback. Now you got me looking forward to my New Year meal of cornbread (my wife likes boiled cabbage), black eye peas, collards, and hog jowls. I'm not a big fan of the pickled products. I will eat pickled cucumbers though.
