A lot can be discussed about players improvements, skills and such but the one thing this team is missing is at least one Alpha player. Last year, and previous years, Duke has had at a player that took charge; not only as a leader, but also as that go-to-guy. I see players that are highly competitive and emotional, not that person that can put the team on his back and carry them for stretched when others are off. This year, I just don't see it. There are capable scorers like Hurt and capable defenders like JGold, high energy guys like Baker and talented FR and this team could use one or a few players to step up to be that one guy.
