Now that basketball is done for 6 months, I need to fill the void. I remember starting this thread a few years back and started watching a few shows based on poster suggestions. I’d do the “best BBQ” thread but it was unanimous last time that it was KC BBQ without question. I SAID WITHOUT QUESTION! Anyways, my shows:

The walking dead
The Americans
Homeland
Rules of Engagement
Taken
Last Man Standing
Ray Donovan
The Office
Survivors (British show on Amazon Prime)
Thinking about rewatching The Sopranos
I’ve heard a lot of good things about Billions but haven’t started it yet

Deadly women
Lt. Joe Kenda
I almost got away with it
Deadly sins
Fear thy neighbor
Pitbull's and parolees

I know.....Boring!!

Billions is worth watching!

Homeland
Ray Donovan
Shameless
Blacklist
Blind spot
Animal Kingdom
Designated Survivor
The Americans

I DVR every show I likeI. Life is too busy to adhere to tv schedule with the exception of Duke basketball. I will adjust my plans to watch their games live.

I’m watching Shameless, Blacklist and Designated Survivor as well. Great shows. Can’t believe I forgot about them. My dad says Animal Kingdom is a great show. Planning on binging it soon.

Some of the shows that I watch regularly
NCIS
NCIS LA
NCIS NOLA
Suits
Pawn Stars
American Pickers
Forged in Fire

The first 3 shows are about to end their seasons at the end of May until September

Walking Dead and that’s pretty much it other than watching the Reds play. Don’t watch a lot of tv during summertime. I do watch a lot of Netflix though and play my PS4 or Xbox one.

Walking Dead
Fear the Walking Dead
Designated Survivor
Black List
The Flash
Black Lightning
Gotham
Better Call Saul
Gold Rush
The Terror
Into the Badlands
Fargo
Whose line is it anyway?
Game of Thrones
Ozark-Netflix
Luke Cage-Netflix
Jessica Jones-Netflix
Stranger Things-Netflix
Joel McHales new show-Netflix

Have also started watching Twin Peaks again.

Great time for TV. Do a better job now staggering shows throughout the year and VOD lets you catch up when you can.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (season nine came out last fall)
Ozark (Jason Bateman is outstanding...season two is sometime this summer)

I really don’t watch any TV come May.

It's not a new show but I recently bingewatched Battlestar Galactica (and Lost). I've seen and liked the first 5 seasons of Walking Dead and I loved season one of Stranger Things. Oh yeah and the first 2 seasons of Fear the Walking Dead.

I wish I could watch Lost for the first time again.

By the way, a lot of you must not have kids to watch that much TV :)

I was wondering the same thing. Where in the hell do these people find the time?

I have a buddy who got divorced about three years ago. He always talks about binge-watching shows and doing a whole season in a couple days. I have to explain to him that binge-watching for me consists of viewing one episode without any interruptions. Last summer it took me about a month to watch 10 episodes of Ozark. I was proud of myself.

Pretty much old classic television shows on classic channels. Can't get into the sitcoms on right now. Do watch 9-1-1. My wife watches Duke games with me so I watch some things she likes , Dancing With The Stars, American Idol and others. I do watch Big Brother. It's so predictable but funny. I sometimes watch Survivor but it's predictable too. Watched the Yankee's yesterday. D.D. G. had an awesome day at the plate and in the field. He's the Yankees most consistent and dependable player right now. Right now I'm watching Matlock, just saw Perry Mason, Diagnois Murder is next followed by The Big Valley, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, and The Rifleman. What a life. :D OFC

DVR is a beautiful thing, haha. I usually don't get home from work until after 9:00 so its nice to skip commercials.

Also, no kids at the moment, so I expect things to change, haha.

I DVR everything,i mean everything, cant stand to watch 5 minutes of a show, then 5 minutes of commercials, sports are great that way,you miss commercials, half time, slow motion golf swings,15 replays of challenged calls, the 30 minutes to play the last 5 minutes of an NBA game...I could go on.....

The slow motion golf swings are very educational!!!

When i do watch TV I use Terrarium TV or Kodi to watch the old westerns and war movies. Give me John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson, Robert Mitchum, etc. I don't care to watch new shows about young kids fighting in the kitchen over their favorite color and jello shots. God TV sucks today.

The only thing I care about recording and watching is Blue Bloods.
