Off Season

Was planning to travel overseas (Thailand, SIngapore, Malaysia and Taiwan) but now with the Coronavirus, that plan is currently axed:(. May just do road trip to Atlanta, New Orleans, then from New Orleans fly to Vegas and check out the Grand Canyon.

I'm going to continue rehabbing while Duke curb stomps State & UNC at Cameron.
And hopefully I'll be strong enough by the end of the month that I can run around the neighborhood slapping the sh!t out of Heel fans after the Devils cut down the nets for #6!

I'm doing pretty good I think, DukeRules. Thursday was the end of my 1st month of rehab, and they wanted to see how much distance I could walk. I was still going strong when they stopped me after 58 laps (a mile is 23 laps on their track), so about 2 1/2 miles. At a speed of about 13 1/2 to 14 minutes a mile. The elliptical machine is the one that kicks my azz. My quads are evidently not that strong (they are exhausted when I finish). But Friday I was able to do 15 minutes on it at between 2.8 and 3.0 miles an hour...and that's a big improvement for me. I'm going to kick that things ass before I leave there...I hope! Also doing other machines, and some weights. Got a couple more months to go, and hopefully I will get a little stronger.

Ellipticals kick my butt to OAD. Lol. Had an elliptical at one time, but it seemed like it was very hard on my knees for whatever reason and also it always seem to break after two years, so I finally ended getting a treadmill. Have had it for about 5 years now with no issues. Seems to be easier on my knees also. I hope u can kick the ellipticals butt before u get out of there! Lol. Glad to hear things are on the mend!

Yeah, that elliptical is tough, DukeRules! It's funny though, some people have no problem with it. Everyone is different. I like a treadmill a lot better myself too. I do pretty good on it, and like you said it seems to be easier on the knees (and my left one is especially bad). I'm going to do my best, and thanks for the encouragement!

What console you on? I play on the PS4 all the time.
PS4 and Xbox one. Been really playing NBA 2k20 my team mostly right now, just because there is not any good games out right now until March and April. Patiently waiting for Doom Eternal, Resident Evil 3, and the final fantasy 7 remake.
