Not just one either...both. 2005 AND 2009 have the same issues. Heck , from the latest Dan Kane story , it appears that 1993 should be on the chopping block as well...
But a new document released by the university in March shows that the limit on independent studies started before 2003. Other evidence suggests that the limit was in place since the early 1990s.

Systematically using proven fraudulent classes to keep athletes academic loads light, and in other cases to keep them eligible vs. a guy who paid too much money for some tacky jewelry. Who is dumb enough to try to make a correlation there? For real?
