I don't like idiots....and only an idiot comes over here after his team goes to the Final Four (within seconds) and does their corny "TARRRR HEEEEEEELS" chant a Duke board.

Speaking of @iamjericho, and I'll tag him so he sees it and can respond bc I'm not sure if he was being serious or not with this quote from THR on the UK death threats thread:

Now correct me if I'm wrong, was it not unc fans that put together this entire petition trying to get the result of the title game reversed because they thought they got screwed by the refs in the title game last year!?

I'm not equating that with death threats but "taking it like champs" you for sure did not.

I was mostly comparing the boards between RR and THI. I mean, obviously it is like comparing anything to a steaming pile of shit (RR), but I remember mostly grief after we lost to Nova and not "wishing the opposing team tears all their ACLs" and tracking down refs to harrass them in life.

I mean, I am sure every fanbase has idiots. Hell, I like posting here more at times because I feel more board has a couple of idiots who make us look bad as a whole at times. But, Duke, Kentucky, UNC, Kansas, they all have a portion of jdiotic fans.

I mean, there is a difference between saying something you didn't think about at the time at say a bar that you truly did not mean, and sitting down, typing out a post, and harrassing people in a continued effort.

Personally, I do feel like my board is better than the Rupp Raftees crowd. I feel we are lightyears better. And, maybe, you disagree. Which is fine. But, I know if I was a Kentucky fan, I probably wouldn't want to be associated with the nonsense that goes on at that board.

They have some good posters. I used to talk to some of them there before they banned me. However, they almost seem to be a minority to me.


I am 100% when I feel unquestionably better to be a part of my board than the Kentucky board and that I do feel as fans we have more class and respect for the game (mostly).

It's pretty incredible. You have one thread condemning the trash that are UK fans and then in another thread spend time bashing the character of a woman that I can promise you none of them know.

Its one thing to come at a coach you don't care for, and even at the extent they do it is disgusting. when you start bringing said coaches family into the mix and start taking personal shots at them, that's when you've reached an all time low life status. Pot meet kettle.

There's more posters at RR so it's worse. Percentage-wise, RR and THR are pretty similar. It doesn't help having lunatics run the asylum at THR, either.

Good old gary giving some in game observations on the McDs game from last night. Of course Carter will be "underdeveloped" a Duke and that has gary shaking his dumb head, and he cannot believe Jalek Felton was not selected for the game. Loll. The turds over there always try and make Felton out to be something waaaay more than he is. As if they can make him a top 5 player in their minds thus making them feel better. Haaaa.

1. Watching so far, it just reinforces something I posted back in the Fall after AAU season, i.e., that this is not a strong class in general at the top. Last year guys like Tatum, Monk, Jackson (Josh) just jumped out at you as can't-miss talents. The announcers seem to agree as well.
2. Porter and Ayton are exceptional talents, but you're not gonna see much out of Ayton tonight unless someone gets him the rock. I've always liked Carter's game but count on that going underdeveloped in Durham (SMH). As for Bamba, his offensive game is still a work in progress and probably won't be seen til he gets to the league, but because of his defensive presence I sure hope Bamba is too smart to go to UK or dook. Texas or Michigan would be fine with me.

Ever notice how he always does this. He always saying I said this back then, I was thinking this, See how I was right. Then he acts like the rest of the world is now catching up to what he said/thought years ago.

My buddy was at the ACC tournament and sat directly behind the bench. He told me Mrs. Bolden said, "that's the best decision you've made all game" (directed at coach K) when Marques was put in so... it's probably not too far fetched to think she was upset with how he was used this year. Then of course he committed 2 fouls in 2 minutes and was right back on the bench.
 
I'm not saying it's right or wrong for Marques to move on. I just hope for a quick decision. Other than that it's his life and his potential millions.

Because they took 2 top 10 recruits and developed them like crazy
Recruit A: UNC turned him from a Top10 pick in High School to a 1st Rounder after 3 years.
Recruit B: UNC turned him from a Top10 pick in High School to a will be Senior that has no hopes of being drafted.

Just crazy development there. Then you look at a guy that was ranked lower then both those recruits , that went to Duke. Coach K only turned him from 2 or 3 year player to a OAD Top 10 pick.

They really are a bunch of idiots. Their only five star recruits, Jackson, Hicks and Pinson, only one will be drafted and it took him three years to even be a first rounder. The other two will not be drafted. That's some good developing right there.

Guys to be fair we aren't saints over here...We always talk about Roy's family....I mean how many more Wanda nanner puddin jokes are we gonna makes and laugh at until enough is enough? I for one am putting my foot down...i say the mods only allow somewhere between 50-82 more of these jokes then that's it.

Danger 35, no it's clearly not...I was being sarcastic. Which gets lost on message boards a lot. The 50-82 times bears some significance in this rivalry which is why I chose those two seemingly random numbers.
