Best in the business. The guys who work for DBP last about a year or two at this point before taking bigger jobs running the show. Last guy went to the Knicks after I think two years with DBP.

Jon looked impressive in that video. Seems to have quiet confidence. I like how he pointed to Roach, Grandison and Young and told them he was relying on them to get the young guys ready. We're gonna need that.
