That's pretty cool, I love 'American Pickers' ... I'm also a big fan of Pawn Stars.

    From my HS:

~ J. Edward Coleman, '69 ? Chief Operating Officer, Gateway, Inc.

~ Wiley A. Schell, '69 ? Director, Medical Mycology Research Center of the Duke University Medical Center.

~ Wendy B. Lawrence, '77 ? NASA astronaut. Participated in Space Shuttle missions on the Endeavour (March 1995), Atlantis (September 1997), and Discovery (June 1998 and July 2005).

The most famous of my graduating class:

Carl C. Perkins, '72 ? Member of the United States House of Representatives from the 7th district of Kentucky, (1983?1993)

We've had a couple of NFL, NBA, and MLB players from my high school but no one too big. Robert Siler is probably the best talent (Gatorade Nat'l POY), but he was injured and his career never amounted to much. Coming from a HS that's never had more than 800 or so students on a yearly basis, we've never had many famous faces.

    Probably me! [IMG] just joking!

Can't think of anybody from our school but our rival school (Cave Spring) would be JJ Redick and the Barber twins.

^Went to the same school as this dude apparently.

Along with Taylor I'd add Bernado Harris (NFL), Alexander Julian, Mick Mixon and Brian Roberts (MLB).

Josh Goodwin and Shane Dansby played b-ball for Belmont (Dansby against Duke in the NCAA tourney)and Matthew Tant (fullback that went to Vandy and was drafted by the Chargers but quit a couple of weeks into training camp) and Kevin Giltner who currently plays for Wofford. My high school isnt that big. Our rival Cheatham County HS, TN was where Pat Summitt went to school.

You're both right. I was talking about CHHS and Peppers went to Nash. I don't know why I said him. Maybe it was late at night? I did play against him in HS one year though. Bernardo Harris, green bay packers, and Devonte Edwards, played for the Vikings fora bit, went to CHHS.

A couple that come to mind. Faye Dunaway, LHS class of 1958, Former Governor of Florida and his wife Miss Mary, and Leroy Collins class of 1927.
More recently, Cheryl Hines'83, Tony Hale '88 and Allison Miller class unknown as actors, Athletes include former NFL DL Brad Culpepper and most famously in Motocross Racing, The G.O.A.T., Ricky Carmicheal. The Goat still has a farm locally with a track. Hey you asked.
