I know Duke got a "package deal" this year but now that Giles/Tatum/Smith as well as Battle/Thornton have all started their "wanting to playing together" talk does this influence how Duke recruits. There are many different angles in which to build rapport with recruited players and their families and I do believe that keeping the door open able about the possibility of talented players all coming in together is reality in this day-and-age with OAD players.
The way I see it is if all the players that want to play together are the top of Duke's lust then saying they could be there all together is not adhering to "package" deals but a very good strategic recruiting tool. As we all know, players will talk about many things but in the end they will do what's best for them as will Duke.
